StageSnap provides a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) application that leverages proprietary and open-source generative artificial intelligence models to render furniture, fixtures, and interior designs into raw real estate room photographs.

You understand that generative AI outcomes depend on your prompt queries, selected styles, and uploaded image lighting scales. While our models are designed to generate high-fidelity, photorealistic textures, we make no absolute guarantee of visual matching with physical furniture options.

You retain complete copyrights and intellectual property rights over all raw photographs you upload. By submitting photos, you grant StageSnap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, and optimize these files exclusively to deliver the virtual staging services you request.

StageSnap grants you a perpetual, commercial, royalty-free license to download, publish, distribute, and market the generated virtually staged outputs. You are completely authorized to list these images on public MLS portals, social channels, and print marketing portfolios for real estate sales.

To preserve system integrity and network bandwidth, you agree not to:

• Upload photographs containing highly sensitive personal data, unlawful content, or copyright-protected imagery owned by third parties without permission.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or deploy automated bots to execute heavy staging requests outside our standardized playground interface.
• Utilize virtually staged photos in any fraudulent listing presentation that deliberately misrepresents structural dimensions, safety standards, or physical property defects.

StageSnap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that service execution will be 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete browser versions. Under no conditions shall StageSnap be liable for listing presentation outcomes, sales delays, or broker marketing overheads.
