If an initial Scandianvian or Modern output does not match your listing preference, you can dynamically select a different layout option and re-render the room instantly.
Our core mission is to help you present listings that stand out. If you encounter any technical glitch or render scale error, our specialized designers will manually review and correct your image free of charge.
2. Standard Refund Conditions
We stand behind the quality of our virtual staging. To ensure fairness while managing physical GPU server costs, we offer a transparent money-back guarantee:
- We offer a 100% money-back refund within 7 days of purchase on all our premium paid plans (Standard, Professional, and Enterprise) if you are unsatisfied with the results, provided you have uploaded fewer than 7 room images to our platform in total.
- Please note that the Basic plan is non-refundable due to its heavily discounted, low-cost trial nature.
- If any specific virtual staging render completely fails due to a verified system outage or database exception, the spent credit will be immediately and automatically refunded to your wallet.
3. Processing Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed back onto your original payment card within 5 to 10 standard banking days.
